Helped to balance my moods
I’ve been taking this for the last 3 months and I have felt a difference in my moods and mental well being. I have more energy and feel more alert. I feel good and that’s what keeps me taking this. I don’t ever want to go back to feeling drained and low. I am taking dhea and my hormone replacement therapy with it.

Energy Jitters
Overall, I found it to be a pretty effective energy booster. However, I did experience some jitters after taking it, which was a bit uncomfortable. It might work differently for everyone, so it's good to be aware of how your body reacts. If you're sensitive to stimulants, you might want to start with a lower dosage or try a different energy supplement.

Very good, high quality item. Has an earthy smell, but tolerable. This took almost 2 weeks for full effects to kick in, but we'll worth the wait. Will be ordering more.

Very happy with results
I take this to counteract certain symptoms of menopause. Not to give TMI but my worst symptom of menopause has been the reduced blood flow to my lady parts which results in the itches! Horrible! The tissue thins out and dryness occurs. FYI ladies, saline spray helps relieve the itchy sensation and cools things down but I wanted something more regular. So I figured the best way to resolve it would be to find ways to increase the blood flow. Red Maca definitely helped. I started noticing a difference within the first week although I wasn't 100% my old self, it was significantly better. Then after reading some more I came across horny goat weed. I decided to take it along with the maca and I definitely feel more like my old self now. Dare I say 98.9% of the time.
