Solgar Collagen Hyaluronic Acid Complex - Reduces Fine Lines & Wrinkles - Skin Hydration - Vitamin C - 30 Tablets

I decided to try the Solgar Collagen Hyaluronic Acid Complex Tablets in the hope that they would support my skin health and help with recovery after exercise. I have only been taking them for a little while, so it is hard to say yet whether they are definitely working — but so far, I am happy to continue using them.The tablets are quite large, which I noticed straight away, but surprisingly I found them easy to swallow with water, which is a bonus. They seem to be relatively good value for money considering the ingredients and brand reputation.Time will tell if I start to see visible results, but I feel positive about incorporating them into my wellness routine.

I've been taking these for just over two months and bought them in the hopes of helping with joint pain from osteoarthritis (age 66). I made no other changes in diet, exercise or supplements so I could assess these as fairly as possible. After three weeks I found myself able to go down a flight of stairs "normally" (no need of the handrail or holding myself carefully). I was so surprised when I realised that I went back up and came down again just to make sure - amazing result! Then after approximately 5 weeks I noticed that the big, painful lumps at the base of my thumbs had both diminished considerably. My hands almost look normal now, for the first time in at least 5 years and are much more mobile and flexible. I cannot say for sure yet if any of my other joints affected by arthritis have improved/will improve but I am delighted with the results so far. I will continue to take these for sure.

Love these but I do wish they were in a capsule as they are hard to swallow as they are pretty big.

EDIT: I just got my second bottle and it's different. The right smaller one is the first one I got a month ago, the tablets are red and the bottle is small. The big one contains tablets whose colour is blue. Is it even the right product? Because honestly, I'm not sure if I should take it.Edit #2: I’ve been taking it for 4 months now and so far nothing has changed unfortunately.Well, pretty much as the headline, I've been taking this collagen for a month now, but haven't noticed any positive (or negative) changes. I'll keep taking it as I know Solgar and have been using it for a long time (vit D and other things), and I know that they're pretty good. Hopefully, I'll get any results within the next month.

Product by itself is good, so I subscribed to it at £26 per bottle. But was then charged £39 for the same when the price was temporarily high.You might be over charged without warning if you subscribe, so buy individual bottles if you can.

I have tried many collagen products, and I can really notice a difference with this one almost immediately my skin feels softer and my hair feels thicker & my nail is stronger.

I bought this and ovcasionally use it. Its expiry date is 2026. I took a tablet today and thought thats unusual, thet tablets are blue. Anywho, took one and almost choked on it because they are so big! And looked up online to see which color they are aupposed to be and it says Brown. Will I be ok??

Usually use Solgar vitamins. Amazon has better price than other sellers
