A Quality TV with Excellent Picture
I did have a 32 inch Toshiba TV in the bedroom, which I was quite happy with until the HDMI & Composite sockets failed. Not a problem I thought, it's under warranty. I contacted Toshiba expecting them to resolve the problem, only to be told I had been using the sockets too much & they'd failed due to inappropriate usage, so they couldn't - wouldn't - do anything. Go figure !!!! Anyway as I'd purchased the TV from Amazon I contacted their customer services & they were brilliant, collected the TV and gave me a full refund. Amazon 1 Toshiba 0.So now the search was on for a replacement. I decided to upgrade from the 32 inch screen to a 40/43 inch screen & researched reviews etc for best buys at this size. Needless to say Toshiba was not a make I considered. Ones that stood out above the rest both on price and specifications were the Hisense 43 inch, or the Panasonic 40 inch. I went for the Hisense as it was cheaper & had more HDMI inputs. What a disappointment. The picture quality was terrible, I'll not go into details as I've sent in a seperate review. Amazon provide an excellent returns service so I returned the Hisense and brought the Panasonic.Am I glad I did, the difference is huge. Admittedly it's £100 more than the Hisense but in terms of picture quality there is no comparison, the Panasonic is far far better.Initially I connected it via the terrestrial aerial, and the Amazon Fire setup. When getting a new TV I get very frustrated having to wait whilst it runs the the setup process - I want to see what it looks like!!! Anyway that aside set up is a doddle, having used a Firestick previously it was a simple process to get TV up and running. At last we can see what it's like, and I can tell you it is good, very good. The remote has quick links to the apps, Netflix, Prime (obviously), but the big benefit is Alexa voice control so you can navigate straight to your desired channels & programmes.Next I connected my SKY puck, and now the quality of this TV really came into it's own. The picture quality is quite superb. Whilst it's good on the FireTV, the improvement you get via the SKY puck is exceptional. The sound is decent for a bedroom TV, I'm quite happy with it myself but for those of you who want a bigger sound stage a soundbar can be connected via the HDMIarc outputWhich brings me to the one problem I have with this TV, it only has two HDMI's, which in todays world of digital devices is just not enough. I got around this by buying an HDMI switching unit to add 3 more HDMIs, problem solved.I've only tried it once with my Xbox, but it seems to cope very well with fast moving action games, no problems with judder or the picture freezing ( which it did on the Hisense). So far so good then.Overall I would highly recommend this TV, it does cost slightly more than the budget lines, but, as is always the case, you get what you pay for. What's the point in saving a few pounds on a TV you are going to live with for several years. If you buy this one you will definitely be a very satisfied customer, just like me.

Happy with my panasonic
Tv is a great size for a bedroom and light enough to stand on a chest of drawers. I use sky stream pucks throughout the house and picture quality with those is really good. Have an lg oled in the lounge so hard to get anything close to that. Not sure about the fire tv interface as i dont need that as all streaming services are on the sky stream pucks, so just got straight to them. All in all a great tv for the price and sound quality is perfect too.

Decent TV, but Picture Quality Feels Dated
While this TV works fine for basic use, the picture quality is underwhelming compared to 4K TVs. The colours lack vibrancy, and the resolution feels noticeably less sharp, especially when watching modern content or streaming apps designed for higher resolutions. That said, it’s affordable and easy to set up, and the sound quality is decent for the price. If you’re not too picky about picture quality, it’s an acceptable budget option. Otherwise, I’d recommend saving up for a 4K model.

Terrible - too confusing. K
Easy enough to set up initially but virtually impossible to set up blue tooth with good quality Sony headphones.

Needs an Amazon account to sign in.
Nice little TV, but bought it for a live-in carer. Didn’t know (it doesn’t tell you) that you need an Amazon account to make it work. Can’t tune in terrestrial channels or go back to the tune-in menu. No trouble-shooting section either. Sending it back.

A good TV, with good features built in, but not great value
I've always been a fan of Panasonic TV's - they have always given good picture and sound. This 24 inch is a very good TV and is well made, as you would expect. The image and sound quality are both good - but - the 24 inch size is NOT full HD, so not 1080P, it's only 768P, which is a shame.Out of the box and hooking up my Playstation and Sky box and here's where it's important to note, there are only 2 HDMI ports. If you need more, then you could consider some kind of expansion box, or know you'll need to have easy access to the rear to change cables as needed.I haven't used an Aerial / Antenna connection in 10+ years, so I can't say how that handles a "normal" terrestrial signal. With this being a FireTV, the important LAN connection is there and I took full advantage of that by "hard wiring" the internet connection for the most stable service.I'd never heard of "Freely" before - this seems to be a freely available TV service offering various shows. I had a good look through, and although there was little there of interest to me personally, I could see that for some, this will be an excellent inclusion with this TV.Everything I have tested and used with this TV has worked as expected. Whilst it may not be 1080P full HD, the image quality is still very good, with clear details and good, vibrant colours. I've had no issues at all, and I have found the initial plugging in, setting up, and using, all very simple.I would definitely recommend it, for a kids room, or maybe home office, and it can double up as a PC monitor too.

Didn’t live up to expectation
I picked this TV as 40” is the maximum screen size I can go to in my living room and I’ve always valued Panasonic as a quality brand. I watch an even mix of live terrestrial TV and streaming services. While the streaming (smart TV) aspect of this model seems very good and familiar with the Fire TV UI, the live TV section is unusable for me. I had to scan for channels several times before it would pick up on the all (with any HD channels missing in the first few scans) and once it had picked them all up it didn’t seem to get enough signal to display them. This is strange as the 15 year old Sony smart TV it was to replace had no issue tuning into these channels. I know you can watch TV live over the streaming services but I find this clunky for channel surfing and not all channels are available. Picture and sound quality isn’t just as good as the older TV either.
