Great machine and customer service!!!
This was gift and the first machine that was shipped was malfunctioning (not heating up) and it was beyond the return date. I’ve reached out to the customer service who promptly emailed back to troubleshoot and when that didn’t work, I was refunded quickly to repurchase the product. The reviews were awesome so I knew that this nut milk maker can be a great product. I repurchased it and tried it out without any problems! The person I gifted it to loves it and loves how easy it is to use. The blending factor is powerful and heating element works well and heats up fast! You can have a cup of fresh vegan milk in minutes!!!!

Great outcomes & very convenient!
The media could not be loaded. I used to have a doubt on this product as I feel this is too good to be true. I did research on many brand and read so many reviews for months before buying this. I tried it these times with different recipes. I’m amazed at the results. They said there is a nut bag included to strain the nut juice but my box was missing it. I don’t need the bag to strain the nut milk as I prefer to drink them as it for the benefits of getting the fiber from the nut.I’d recommend to only add water to the second line from the bottom to avoid overflow as you will see it when the machine is running. So you can only make about 10oz at each time. To make the drink more favorable, you may mix several nuts, add syrup and coconut milk.I love the recipe of black bean, red bean, black sesame, black rice, maple syrup and coconut milk. You can mix whatever you like but you may need to consider the heat temperature for the combination to get the best result.

Still have to strain/use cheesecloth
This nut milk maker is handy with the heating function. I found the recipes it comes with to be useful. However, you will need to strain the milks if you don’t want to feel like you’re drinking sand. It comes with a mesh bag for this. I have chosen to keep this item since it was fairly inexpensive and has the heating function for soy milk or soups, although I eventually would prefer one that doesn’t require straining.Notes:- the top pitcher doesn’t come off for cleaning. This makes it a bit hard to get to the blades, so I suggest a brush (it comes with one)- the pitcher part is glass- for milks requiring the hot setting (like soy) this really only makes 3-4 glasses of milk. You may need multiple batches.- the recipes it comes with specify no soaking, I have found this to be fine so far with soy beans and cashews.- you can “set it and forget it” while making both cold and hot milks, but make sure it’s not sitting under the cabinets since it steams a bit on hot items.- this machine is pretty quiet for a “blender” functioning itemIf you are unfamiliar with making your own soy milk, it will taste quite “beany” as is. I add a pinch of salt. However, my best recommendation for this machine is 2 scoops soy, 3 scoops cashews (it comes with a scoop). This creates a creamy milk and doesn’t taste “beany” with a pinch of salt. You still get some protein as well. For coffee, I use the recipe and as two dates for sweetness.

Easy to clean
I was skeptical about this automatic nut milk maker, but now I use it daily! It’s so easy and saves me money while letting me avoid store-bought products with suspicious ingredients.

Great but not durable
Worked great and as advertised for about 4 months and then kept blowing circuit breakers. Lower rating purely due to durability.

Oatstanding Performance—My Barista is Shaking
Listen, I used to be the person who would shell out $7 for a fancy carton of oat milk, pretending I didn’t see the upcharge at the café. But those days are OVER. This nut milk maker (or should I say oat milk wizard?) has revolutionized my life.I threw in some oats, water, and a dash of sweetener, pressed a button, and bam—fresh oat milk, no weird thickeners, no mystery ingredients, and most importantly, no judgmental barista asking if I "still want the vanilla syrup with that."The texture? Silky. The taste? Pure oat glory. The only downside? I’m now convinced I should open my own overpriced coffee shop.If you love oat milk and hate paying for it, this machine is your new best friend. Just don’t forget to strain it unless you enjoy a surprise oatmeal smoothie.
