Im a teacher, I bought this because I am too lazy to walk all the way down the hall and wait in line to warmup my food thus wasting 15m of my short break on warming up food in a microwave.SUMMARY: This product is great. 20-30m will make your food warm. 40-50m will make it too hot to eat.Small: a smaller container about half the size of the one in the first photo was too hot for me in under 25m.Large: I tested this out and pushed down & packed rice and chicken to the top, in a large container and it took 1 hour and it was too hot for me. I was expecting much longer time that that since the container was barely large enough to fit inside.MEN LISTEN: Add like a splash or two of water on your food, before heating, so it can evaporate, cook everything evenly, and magic cooking stuff, I learned that from my wife !Also get a container that closes such as those glass ones with plastic top and clips that'll make cooking/waiting time shorter.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well this warmer worked to keep our dinner warm. It was amazing, it did a really great job. I highly recommend it.

So, I wanted to like this, but I decided to test the temperature. I put one if those foil containers inside and taped a thermocouple from a Fluke temp meter to it. I set it for 213 degrees. So far, the temperature is way off as the Fluke meter is measuring 140 degrees. I will wait a couple hours and see what happens. I may do another test and put the thermocouple right down on the hot plate. For now, I am only giving this 2 stars. It is probably good enough to warm food, but I wanted to use it to recharge desiccant beads. I might need afan inside.So, even though this food warmer does not get as hot as advertised it does do the job and was able to dry out the desiccant that I use with my 3d printer filament. So, I am upgrading this review from 2 to 4 stars.

This is a great thing for someone traveling a lot, want to save money and have a hot meal!I am a charter bus driver and spend a lot of time on the road. I spent alot of time and money on Judy getting food! There’s only so many lunch meat sammiches you can eat! Using this warmer allowed me to have good home cooked meals! It’s made well, the container hold heat well. You’ll need to carry a cooler on long trips because it’s not big, but it is big enough for a good sized meal! Keep in mind it’s not a huge oven so it takes a while to heat a meal. I like the ability to set a temperature. A good oven at a great price

If you have patience and are not in a hurry to eat, this product will be very good for you, I used it with frozen food, it took exactly 4 hours to be ready, food at room temperature 1:45 hr, temperature adjustment a little confusing but I set the temperature that I think is the maximum and wait, material accessories great quality, I am satisfied, After using it 4 times, the product stopped working, total disappointment

The design is so bad that the button and screen don’t even fit the the bag openings and it only heats up in the center of the pad.

I have the other lower temp warmers and they take much longer to warm my breakfast egg muffins. This takes 40 min from fridge to too hot to handle on drive to work. This one comes with both 12V and 120V cords which I leave plugged in the back and just pull out whichever prong I want for car or office. It works faster with thin metal food pans. It is strange to start since you just hold in 3-5 sec then turn dial to temp. If any interruption, such as 12V car off, you have to restart. I use it every day. Can hold tall glass/metal pans. Travels well. Stable sitting on car seat.

Used this with my Bluetti power station and it works great, I especially like the ability to see the heat range setting.
