knife is very sharp and good quality product. blade has a good thikness. good in use.

This is a knife for restaurant and catering a regular housewife would not like it or find it a bit awkward, Where as a trained chef would like it although its quite large and wide its very light its made from k19 steel sheet probably sourced from china, stamped and grinded to finish using robots the finishing is not perfect but it does the job there are unfinished areas on the knife which i didn't like but i was surprised by the lightness may be the metal doesnt extend all the way into the handle, Haven't used it yet.....

Getting sharpness gradually...... it's catching magnet.....not proper stainless steel..... didn't expect godrej is lying.....it's a okay quality knife at this price..... let's see how long it works....
