First, I'd like to say that I'm impressed with this supplement. It contains Omega 3 and Vitamin E, both of which are great for overall health. My husband and I both take these and they are great. My husband says if he takes them too late in the evening, he has a hard time sleeping. I haven’t experienced this but I also take mine early morning. Don’t get the fishy burps which is the main thing I look for in an omega 3. They don’t smell either.

I bought these as part of my efforts to be healthier. My cholesterol was too high, so I decided to take a proactive approach. Along with my medication, I’m hopeful that these will help me lower my cholesterol. I’m not sure if they’re working yet, but I’ll continue to take them. They are large, but I can swallow them easily.
