I used to use Kirklands lactose pills which were 9000 FCC ALU. These are a good alternative that work well, and about the same pill size. Just need to take them 5 to 10 mins before dairy to get a head start. The other I used were Best Naturals 9000 fcc, they work also but the pill is massive, so the pill box needed for the convenience was not great.

It helped to stop obvious digestion issues after eating a lot of cheese for me and my friend.

Love these lactase tablets. Easy to take out in a little pill box and they mean I am able to have foods and drinks containing milk without fear of being ill.

These at their current price of very good value however I only purchased them because the image clearly shows the pills with a line down the middle allowing them to be broken in half and the dose halved. The pills are in fact completely plain and cannot be broken evenly in half meaning they will last half as long as they should because I only need half doses.Otherwise all good but the product should reflect the images as in some cases this is the only source of relevant information

I had various tests and I was told I probably had IBS so I followed a low FODMAP diet, this did not really help. I was then told I could be lactose intolerant so I bought lactose free products and still followed IBS diet.This regime did help but I still had embarrassing problems.I decided to try this product and so far I have had good results. I no longer buy lactose free products and I’m gradually introducing more foods that were restricted on the FODMAP diet. I can honestly say that so far this product is working for me.

Just as good as last time

Having tried a few brands, this is the weakest one. It does help with the immediate discomfort but the after effects of eating lactose remain and last a while, unfortunately.

Happy that I could get my hand on such a great offer especially during the holiday season.I used to take 2 tablets of 9000 FCC to make sure that the milk from pastries and cookies is properly digested.It seems that 1 tablet (small size, as pictured) from this brand can achieve the same performance, however I might have become more lactose tolerant overtime could not really say.The the current package size will be enough for half of the year I suppose.
