Definitely a Testosterone boost, I recommend! Ive been taking only 1 a day along with Vitamin Code Raw One for Men and I feel results. Noticing improvement in strength, sexual desire, and focus., although I dont feel an energy boost. So both together, once a day. I do excercise once a week for 2.5 hours, weight lifting and Cardio. I would say the boost varies daily between 15%-50%. But again, Im only taking 1 a day, not the 2 a day it has on directions.Either way its a noticeable improvement and happy with results, Hope this helps!

It says this increases energy, many reviews say it happens over weeks or months ( interesting since most health things say not to take ashwaganda long term for more than 3 months because of the effect on the liver) HOWEVER, this does not increase energy it does the opposite. A 3-5 hour nap will be part of your afternoon if you take it in the morning! Doing research I thought the fenugreek would cancel the sedative properties of the ashwaganda but no, that is not the case. Energy should be no where in the description of this.Will update in a few weeks as to efficiency of taking it at night. This is as of 1/9/24

My nurse practicioner recommended these. They mellowed me out more than anything. Things just seemed to roll off my shoulders now and I'm not as much of a nagging you know what. Highly recommend.
