top notch, I believe
expensive so not quite 5stars but good at what it does, I think. I take not quite a teaspoon in the morning with my biotin powder (vitB 7 also called vitamin H). perhaps works? Are you familiar with the elephant powder story?updateI haven't kept up with biotin powder as it's quite fiddly and I wasn't sure I was feeling a benefit. The Max B ND this time round I'm taking as a teaspoon as and when I need it (I'm not feeling as stressed as I was) so now I'm feeling less noticeable good stuff. It still is good but I'm not where I was when I started this review.
