I bought two of these, one for myself and one for a member of the family, we both cook and they are really useful devices as mine was playing up.It is certainly easy to use and easy to set up and I was using mine on the turkey Christmas day. It can be set up for any meat and in Fahrenheit or Celsius. Its pretty fast and appears accurate so far I can’t comment on the waterproof function as of yet but the lock works well and the backlight might well come in handy for some.I haven’t had to yet but it can be calibrated so I can’t comment on that but given its easy to use and functional even if it lasts 3 years without needing calibration it represents good value.Comes with a battery and a screwdriver which was a little weird but a nice touch.

Works perfectly and wonderful build quality.Small and easy to use, gives me peace of mind when knowing if my food is safe to eat with an easy to read screen.

Works well. Seems to be accurate. Easy to read display. Won't be winning any awards for build quality - there's nothing wrong with the build, it's just what you'd expect for the price. I don't like its chances if I ever drop it in the sink.

This was a brilliant purchase, especially for the money. It works well, is waterproof and robust. I love the way it is magnetic on the back and can be kept on the side of the fridge. It even comes with the batteries, a mini Phillips screwdriver to open the battery compartment, and has safety information on temepratures for meats on the back. If only all companies took such care with their products.

Great little thermometer. The probe folds away when not in use which is handy when digging around in a drawer. The probe is decently long and the readings are fast taking a few seconds. The screen is backlit and it can show the temp in either Celsius or Fahrenheit. It appears accurate when measured against boiling water and meat I have measured using it comes out cooked as I want it.

Seems good at the price. Not used on hot food yet. Remains to be seen how 'true to temp.' it is.Certainly worked well enough in freezer compartment - Nb- ONCE I'D IDENTIFIED THAT THERE IS A TIGHT CELLOPHANE WRAP AROUND THE BATTERY - this gives the impression that the item isn't working 'straight out of the box'.Back light works well.Certainly seems a sturdy enough item.Prefer the fact it's a AAA 1.5v battery not a 3v button style.Remains to be seen how long the battery lasts.Magnet works fine & holds the item on my fridge.Probe revolve is easy & smooth.Proof will be in the pudding - Err.pun intended 😂

Waterproof meat probWorks in both celcuis and Fahrenheit by holding the button to switch modes. Easy folds away.Use every time I cook meat to check it's cooked. Safely check my food is cooked for my family

This device reads temperatures pretty fast. I like the convenience of the folding probe so you can keep the display level when your food is at a different angle. The backlight is handy for reading the temperature under the shade of the bbq lid.I like that it take a standard AAA battery since they’re more likely to be laying around.
