The cot makes too much of noise as the rods placed at the central portion are not tight. Disturbs your sleep. Also the screws are of poor quality and the threads gets worn off with a little pressure while fixing.Will not recommend for homes.

Very comfortable with a great look of elegance. Can be installed easily and not so heavy. Height is perfect with ample space below to keep storage boxes under it. Size is suitable for two adults. Very useful and reccomendable.

Product is good. However one screw was missing in the package. And there is no way to contact the seller to get the screw. Moreover, the service technician from Amazon Home Services did not even pick up the call to assemble the furniture. Hence it was rescheduled a number of times. As there was not even a remote chance of the service technician coming, I had to assemble it myself and found the screw was missing. Contacted Amazon a number of times, but they are not even connecting me to the seller to get the screw. They are asking me to get the screw from local market and assemble. But no screw from local market fits. Amazon customer service even told that the service technician will have correct screw with him. But no technician is coming. I had to reschedule the appointment at least 4 times. And still nobody came. Terrible experience from Amazon Home Services and the seller.
