Does what it says on the box.
I have wind spinners already but wanted something a bit different. As my mam was Welsh I thought this would be a great tribute to my roots.It's been out about a week now and is beginning to rust up already. I have to say that I like the mottled affect on the dragon but I know it will completely rust in due time.It's easy to install and I can confirm that it even manages to stay put even in the winds we've been getting in Cornwall. I can recommend this to prospective buyers.
