Good fidget for professional settings and tactile stimulation
I purchased the "jewel-tone" rings and loved the colors! The colors are vibrant but give a more "mature" feel. I like these rings for a few reasons: the size, durability, and spiky texture. They are small enough to store anywhere and others may not notice you fidgeting with them which is a plus for using them in the workplace! I also like the stainless steel material they are made from. They can stretch to three times their size and recoil back to their original size without losing their elasticity or durability. Lastly, I like the spiky texture of the rings. The rings are spiky enough to provide tactile stimulation but not so spiky that they hurt or leave impressions when rolling them up and down your fingers. For those seeking more pain-like stimulation though, you can wear the rings around your fingers and squeeze your fingers together to dig the spikes into your skin. So far that is the only way I have found that they can aid in pain-seeking stimulation. The rings are silent though they are very springy. I've had a couple rings accidentally fly across the room due to their springiness but I'm hoping that will less the more I use them. I recommend these rings to anyone needing a discreet fidget.

Amazing Sensory Fidgets
These are super high quality! Great variety of color! Prefect for someone who fidgets with their hands and fingers/great sensory value. Very good amount of fidgets for the price and quality. Love supporting teachers too!❤️

Definitely worth it-great vensor
Worked great, I just wish they were a bit bigger so they are more likely to fit adult size fingers. Packaging is awesome and I made another purchase from the spender. Worked great for my anxiety. Very durable, just too small for the average adult finger. The kids love them though.

Great tool for managing trichotillomania
I started pulling my hair (trichotillomania) at 13 years old and in the 25 years since, it's come and gone to different degrees. Even with anxiety medicine, it can sometimes be virtually impossible to control. I've been in a very bad cycle for months and I was looking for something that would satisfy the urge to pull and these have helped tremendously. The urge to pull is still there and still wins out more than if like, but besides keeping my hands occupied, they serve as a great reminder when I slip into mindless pulling. I have found nothing better that works for me.

Great but break easily
I love these and use them frequently but it only takes a few weeks before they break. They really should be a bit more durable.

Helpful tool
My particular flavor of ND fidgeting is not really helped by things like the little magnetic balls or anything else where you build/arrange items. I end up just focusing on perfecting my creation or trying to engineer the object ideally, rather than the task at hand. These spiky little rings, on the other hand, are perfect for me! When I first opened the package I wasn't convinced; they're slightly uncomfortable and borderline unpleasant feeling (or were for me, anyway). But it turns out that rolling that spikiness across my fingers and even pressing the ring as a whole into my palm is far more conducive to my focus/productivity than anything else I've tried! They're also small and silent, so I don't feel self-conscious playing with one during remote meetings. My verdict: I highly recommend them as a surprisingly effective fidget-directing device, if, like me, you need to occupy your hands with something that provides sensory input without draining creative energy.

LOVE them.
I'm truly obsessed with these. I like trying new fidget items so I got these for myself for Christmas. I have already ordered two more packs. They are small and easy to lose around the house LOL but I know I will find them eventually - and if not me, then the cats. They're my new favorite thing to have with me whether at home, in the office, or out and about. Love that they are silent and love that I can leave it on my pinky if I need to type something quick or text or whatever. I am honestly still excited about these every day.

More effective than "trendy" sensory/fidget items
It may just be down to personal preference, but I find these a lot more effective than your typical spinners or clicky things. They provide an honestly fairly intense sensory input, which is more calming than anything; I usually end up transfixed on it for a few minutes longer than I actually need them for just that reason. They aren't really meant to be constantly worn due to how tight they are (which I think is a good thing), so I just keep one in my pocket. I can also see these being a good way to safely manage more self-harming stims if that's something you struggle with. This sort of thing is expected to break over time, so I like that they come in a pack, and won't mind replacing them in time. Though I kind of wish they made bracelet-sized ones, too.
