I love these pens, a lot less messy and quicker than using paint and paintbrush. I used the pens to paint some wooden advent calendar decorations, that were 3-4 cm size, good coverage with the pens. A good mix of colours, I liked that they included a silver, gold, and a white pen, and the other colours were bright as well, not dull shades. I thought they were good quality and good value for money, nice box/packaging. You can’t mix the colours like with paint, so check pack includes the colour you need before buying. The nibs were a bit random, some were oval, some at right angles, though you can take the nibs out and turn them around and one end is oval, the other end angled. I couldn’t work out which way was the correct way, but it didn’t really matter.

These were so easy to use. I was decorating banners to support some friends who were performing in a competition.Unfortunately, I’ve had to drop a star because the gold coloured pen was missing its nib. I didn’t have time to return them as I needed to complete the banners within a couple of days of receipt.Otherwise, these are a lovely product.

The media could not be loaded. It was a pity that the front tuck-in flap of the plastic case that these pens came in was damaged, and that the bottom of the case was split along the bottom, upon delivery, because these are really nice pens. The case would have held them nicely together but, after Christmas, she had to go out and buy a pencil/pen case for them.because there wasn’t time to get a replacement (I ordered them on 21 December!). However, I can’t let the poor quality of the case affect my opinion of the actual pens.I’m not familiar with acrylic pens, having never owned or used any before, but I was drawn to these pens because of their pictures of painted stones in the packaging, and because of the fairly recent stone painting trend (I don’t know if this is countrywide or worldwide),. Locally, youngsters paint a stone or pebble, then leave it somewhere to be found by someone else - for them to hide for another person to find.I was giving my grandchildren money this, last, Christmas but I also wanted to give them all something to open. My almost 12 years old granddaughter is quite artistic and is always drawing, and I knew she would like these pens. As a joke, I handed her ten smooth(ish) stones, wrapped in Christmas paper. Her puzzled face was a picture when she felt their weight, and even more so when she unwrapped up stones. But it took her seconds to start painting, and there was no stopping her. They were an absolute success.The acrylic paints inside the pens are really vibrant colours, and they dried hard and glossy. They also dried quickly enough for her to change her designs by painting one colour on top of another. I like that the round tips are reversible, enabling lines and small detail to be drawn, and also making it possible to write on things in a sort of Italic style. My granddaughter was really excited by these pens, and couldn’t wait to apply her artwork to her T-shirts, and to the household tumblers and wine glasses.

I bought these for me and my toddler to do some pebble painting with, so was looking more for a cheap price rather than anything amazing/professional looking. However, for the price, they’re amazing! Some of the lighter colours need going over twice, but the bold colours are nice and bright first time round.They’re big and chunky so easy for my toddler to use, he can get the lids on and off very easily himself.I had to set them up myself with all the pressing and pumping of the nibs, but that was pretty easy and not too time consuming (I did it the night before when toddler was in bed to avoid any impatient tantrums!).All in all, very happy with these pens, we’ll use them again and again.

Fab pens, paint dries quickly, good quality

Only used these for rock painting over the summer and the colours showed up vibrantly. A problem is that the nib and barrel unscrews too easily when the lid is pulled off, which resulted in it coming completely off a few times. Easy to screw back on but this was a bit of a pain when the kids were using them.

So easy to use and while away the time. Great way to relax.
