Fabulous flavor enhancer.
Up until last week I never knew about chocolate bitters until I found a recipe that included bitters. I mixed chocolate bitters with a peanut butter liquor…what a combination. I am sure there are a lot more things that chocolate bitters can be added to enhance a fabulous flavor.

Great in coffee
I read about bitters used in coffee. These chocolate bitters are perfect in coffee especially if you like chocolate tasting coffee. I brew two shots of blonde espresso, add a couple of dashes of chocolate bitters and 2 pumps of chocolate syrup along with steamed milk. Tastes almost like hot chocolate. If I liked iced coffee these bitters would taste good and I think it would be great in hot chocolate or added to Kahlua as an ice cream topping. I'm glad I found out bitters. They're flavors and uses.
