The only authentic soya sauce in the country
This is possibly the most perfect soya sauce I have ever had in india. It's got that perfect amount of caramelization, pungent note , sourness and just a mild caramel sweetness to it which you find in a naturally brewed and well aged soya sauce. It's specially amazing for adding to soups as a condiment, takes the flavor of the soup to a whole different level. If you really want to experience the range and intensity of flavor it offers, add it to a mildly flavored soup such as a sweet corn veg or chicken soup, or a clear vegetable or chicken soup.This has become my favorite soya sauce of all time. I recommend it to all the foodies out there.
