Fresh and crisp
I had to return this product because it had arrived stale and soft, although the "use by date" was a year out, it wasn't the same as the package I had bought at my local market.My local purchase is what prompted me to search Amazon for it and surprisingly, Amazon had all of the available flavors to choose from in multiple package sizes as well.My confidence in Amazon shopping remains high and I will order again, perhaps a different flavor next time. Mahalo.

Another winner from Tate’s
I might be a little biased because I like pretty much every variety of Tate’s cookies. This was a new flavor for me, and I would like to say that I love them so much I ate the whole package. Unfortunately, my family members love them so much as well that I only got two or three of them. I will be buying them again. These are definitely for you if you like crisp, crunchy cookies with a hint of butter brickle in them. (I also particularly like the oatmeal raisin variety.) Tate’s has done a good job with packaging as well. Even though we had these delivered, they arrived in great shape.

Delicious, but only got 3 pkgs!
I ordered a box of 4 pkgs of the Butter Crunch cookies. I think they're delicious! They're very crispy, and the crunch in them reminds me of a Heath bar. I had tried these at a friend's house, loved them, but couldn't find them in my local store. So I was glad to find them on Amazon.There are 2 pks of 7 cookies in each pkg of cookies. These were packed securely with padding.My only complaint is that my box only contained 3 pkgs of cookies, instead of 4. I don't want to return them because we have already opened a bag. I am gonna eat them & not sending 'em back. But I would like to get my 4th pkg.

Delicious
I was hungry, so I decided to buy these tasty looking butter crunch tates cookies. When they came at the exact time of the date, I shared some with my family. We all enjoyed it very much!

Cookies didn’t have much flavor because they were so over done. I wrote the company and didn’t receive a response.
