NOT for everyone! Several things were wrong with this item, prompting my return for a full refund. 1) Watch the review videos about the seam at the neck/head support end- it cuts in to your shoulders, making it very uncomfortable to use. Did anyone even test this product? I wonder how it obtained so many high reviews here. 2) It measures much smaller than listed- listed at 33.5" W when it is actually 28" W at the widest outside dimension and listed at 8.75" Deep with fill, but it is barely 6.5" D with no weight on it. If you are a wider-framed, taller person, this pillow will not be to your sizing, making it feel suffocating and too warm to use, even in the dead of winter. The fill material also compresses too easily and does not offer enough head/neck support, causing neck and back pain after only a few hours. 3) The pillow cover material is not listed. If they said truthfully that it was a scratchy polyester blend, I would not have purchased this item. If you have sensitive skin, it will feel like rough canvas material to you.All in all, I was extremely disappointed with this pregnancy pillow. It is not a nominal purchase to make in hopes of a little sleeping comfort when pregnant. It provided me no comfort. In fact, I lost sleep trying to use it and awoke every hour in discomfort and overheating in winter (and I run cold). After 4 hours of giving it a chance, I threw it on the floor and finally slept well. It took an entire day for the neck and back pain it caused to fade away. I honestly don't understand how this pillow has so many high reviews. Perhaps it used to be made with better materials, to actual listed size, with better and more quality fill and a softer cover made of cotton? But still, that seam at the U-curve digs in to your neck so horribly, I can't imagine that ever being comfortable. Be prepared to return this item it if you buy it- save the large shipping box!

DO NOT BUY!! I went with the ratings I saw on other websites, and ignored the reviews left here on Amazon. Worst purchase, EVER (well, excluding the lawnmower which started on its own, almost cutting my foot. But really, that says a lot that this pillow is second to worst.)!!! The seam of the upper most portion is sewn straight across from one side to the other. The way I read the reviews, it was just a flaw in the cover, so I planned to just remove the cover. Unfortunately, it's the seam of the pillow itself. Worst design ever. In order to get my head onto the bigger part of the pillow, the seam cuts into the muscle between my neck and shoulder. Literally, could not lay on it for more than a minute before wadding it up and shoving it back into its teeny, tiny box. This is a known issue!! People complain about this all of the time, why have they not fixed it?! This is one of the most expensive pillows on the market, why in the world can't they fix this one flaw? Ridiculous! I will admit, however, that I will be buying a similarly shaped one, because it hugged my curves perfectly.

I'm a back sleeper and was having lots and lots of trouble staying on my side and not sleeping on my. Ack..I was getting so frustrated and often moved to the couch or our recliner chair in the middle of the night..it was frustrating!! I bought the Snoogle but didn't like that I didn't have easy freedom to turn from side to side through out the night and just overall didn't feel comfortable in it. I needed more support on not just one side but two. So-I returned it, and got this. Game. changer. Yes it's huge, but it's amazing. It makes sleeping on my side so much easier, and natural. The pillow conforms right to your body, providing perfect support on both sides for back and belly. It's so comfortable and soft! I got the grey Jersey cover and love it. I see what people mean about the round part being a bit tight which you may feel against your shoulder when sleeping in your side, but I just cover it w/a pillow there and no longer feel it. I actually love that I can still use my pillow with it! Another great thing about this pillow- It totally helps with acid reflux because it's propped up a little, esp w a pillow. It's also so much better than a flimsy pillow between your knees because it's thickness provides much better support...my knees were hurting me but this helped eliminate that pain! During times I still crave laying on my back this pillow is perfect because I prop it up against the wall slightly, add a pillow or two and I'm good to go! It's definitely an investment but I think it's so worth it!!

I am disappointed in this purchase. The seam that hits your neck is so tight that it is actually painful. This could probably be solved by making it a wedge seam instead of a straight line. I ended up sleeping with it upside down and using a regular pillow. Plus, the entire pillow ends up spreading apart in the night so you’re not actually supported on either side. If they could connect the two “legs” of the pillow this wouldn’t happen. On the other hand, it’s big and puffy - definitely not under-stuffed. Wish it was longer though; pictures are deceiving.

Don’t get me wrong, this is super comfortable, but the most important part of a pillow is missing: the ability to CLEAN it!The cover’s zipper BROKE as I was carefully and slowly unzipping it, and then it even had the audacity to shrink in the washer.So the bottom line? I’m sleeping on a gross, nasty drool pillow that I spent way too much money on. I’ve been having to air it out in the sun, and fabreeze it just to feel able to sleep on it.I can’t believe the money they are charging for this flimsy thing.

Lo compre principalmente para mi esposa, que esta embarazada y que las almohadas ya no eran suficientes o se volvían incomodas. A partir de que comenzó a dormir con esta almohada, ha descansado mejor de su espalda y no se ha despertado constantemente como antes lo hacía con las almohadas tradicionales.Antes de comprarla leí que necesita mucho espacio, y efectivamente es grande, por lo que una cama King Size sería lo ideal, para tener espacio para ambos, a menos que duerman muy juntitos ;-)Incluye una funda que es lavable y es muy fresca.Llego mucho antes de la fecha estimada, eso fue genial.}Altamente Recomendable

Purchased for myself during my 6th month of pregnancy due to ongoing hip and pelvic pain.Pros-Full, there is no point where you press down into a hard surface - everything is held up by filling.- after 3 nights of sleep, it has held its shape completely.- size for me works well. I am 5'7, and currently 170lbs and sleep with my 6'5 spouse in a queen bed without overcrowding him.Cons- the pillow cover is rough, and hard against my poor fragile hair and skin (sensitive).- price point, more expensive than many of the other similar products on Amazon.- cost for a replacement pillow case is high (around $50/ Can at time of writing).

Este lo compre ya que mi esposa batallaba para dormir y/o acomodarse durante los primeros meses de embarazo, ahorita con esta almohada ella puede descansar sin ningun problema.El unico detalle es que es muy grande asi que si no tienes cama king o queen size no te recomiendo que lo compres ya que no van a caber los 2 en la camaFuera de eso es muy comodo y a veces yo tambien me apoyo para dormirLo recomiendo ampliamente para las embarazadas

I've only had the pillow for 2 days, but I love it. However as several people have mentioned the pillow portion is too thick so I've had to turn it upside down, and use my own pillow. I've definitely slept better with this pillow. My problem is that I'm trying to buy a pillow case to go over the pillow. However, Amazon, doesn't give the Leach Brand Name of the pillow or sell the pillowcase. Other sites request the "name" of pillow, i.e. "Chic" or other. because there are different shapes and sizes.

Really fought not buying a maternity pillow thinking it wouldn't make a difference. This was a late night buy where I broke and was desperate for sleep. REGRET not buying sooner, very comfy, improved my sleep, and can be moved into so many positions that just help with not just sleeping but sitting and lounging as well. Hugs, holds, and supports my body the way I need it in so many different positions even as my body changes and grows. See using pillow after baby comes as well, so comfy my husband tries to sneak the pillow away from me.
