This knife feels substantial, it's weighted nicely, and seems like a bargain at the price.But oddly, the rivets protrude from the handle (see photos) and catch your hand.This has no affect on the performance or even handling, but it's still annoying and makes it all feel a bit cheaper and less well made.Also, they need to check the specs. The knife is 8 1/4" long and 1 3/4" wide (not 3 1/2", yikes!).Otherwise nice and sharp.

Been using this knife for a few weeks now and I'm very happy with the quality. Still sharp after daily use, the knife is light weight but doesn't seem cheap. The handle fits well in my hand making cutting a breeze. This knife is balanced real well so cuts are precise. Don't pay twice as much for a knife when this knife will deliver at half the cost.

This knife is incredible! I only have it for a couple of weeks and I'm not a "knife specialist" but it's incredible!Highly recommend!

I purchased the Gerior 8-Inch Chef Knife for a gift so haven't used it myself but I am impressed with the quality of the knife and the sharpness. It is well designed and fits well in the hand.

I just received this today and it is a beautiful big sharp well balanced knife. I have sliced a stack of green beans and an onion and am very pleased. This knife has a smooth handle which isn't clear in the pic. I can't wait to smash some garlic with the wide blade.

This knife is light and very sharp. Easy to handle. And comfortable in your hand. It is Ceramic so you need to be careful with it.

I love this knife it replaced a Wusthof chef’s knife of similar shape the handle cracked off.The blade is thinner than most modern knifes but I’ve grown to like thatThe blade seems to be high quality but only time will tell
