Propel Quaker Foods Berry Beverage Mix Packets

Love this stuff. It really works and tastes good.

I did not think I would like the 'Grape' flavor. I do and it's a good choice.It is a good value for the money!!

I have problems drinking enough fluids... I'm 73 and forgetful, I have suffered from dehydration a few time (did I mention that I am forgetful?) this sugar free additive to plain water is great, I use 1/2 the recommended powder (twice as much water?)... so the flavor is very nice, not too heavy

Very convenient. Shake well and let sit for a few minutes then shake again. Good product to replace lost electrolytes. If you work out hard, you do need a bit of sugar to transport minerals into the cell so make sure you check with your doctor about what you should use. Since I languish and dawdle, this product is great for me! Oh, and I like the Berry flavor.-
