These were much better than I expected! They were very well protected, beautiful, healthy plants, and the packaging was such that you could easily give it as a gift the way it came, if you like that farmhouse simplicity look. I’m considering buying two more for myself as I kept one and gave one when I originally purchased them. I wish I had taken a photo of when they first came in to show the packaging. I gave it as a gift as it was packaged.

This is a very stupid idea. Mine grew to half the size and much slower. Bulbs need water to grow stalks and leaves. There is none! I thought it was packed in some kind of material like a diaper or Maxi pad with water. But it wasn't, when I removed the bulb from the wax. I don't think I can get it to grow again. It's sort of rotten and unhealthy looking. I would buy one with dirt and a pot for a bit more. My aunt's Xmas gift, looked amazing, grew faster, taller, and healthier in soil with a pot.

I was skeptical to buy live plants from Amazon but was pleasantly surprised how well they came boxed and how pretty they looked upon arrival. Costa Farms is sold in a lot of home improvement stores so I figured they had to be a good seller and would hopefully be better shipped direct than stopping at the local store and being cared for by whomever till purchased. I planted them in pots right away and watered them and they have now been here for 2 weeks and are doing great. I would actually buy other plants from Costa Farms. They came with tons of flowers on each but after the shock of travel and replanting etc they lost all the flowers but that’s ok. The plants are great so far.

I bought 2 to gift at Christmas and one to keep myself. First, I was really pleased when they arrived that they were nice size and with the red wax and snow, I was proud to gift them!. It's been about a month and my stalk is at least a foot tall, and the buds are opening. Amazing that no water is needed; just light.I will definitely be confident to choose these as gifts in the future.

Very healthy plant but not wrapped in Christmas paper as shown and had no flowers as shown....did not bloom for Christmas....disappointing it was a gift and the recipient said it was healthy but needed repotting.

I have had this abut 4 months now and it remains very healthy and is starting to bloom with little to no maintenance (as succulents tend to do). It was a great value and a healthy plant.

I love amarylis and the ones in wax are so easy. I ordered these for christmas and they came on time. they grew and have bloomed and the blooms are beautiful. I do not like the fake snow sprayed on the wax bulb. I do not like how short the stems are. They are not as tall as I'm used to. So they are what they sold I just personally don't like short ones with fake snow on the wax bulb cover.

This plant is definitely over priced and not worth the priced Amazon is charging. I ordered 2 plants thru Amazon. I am very unhappy/disappointed with them. I also ordered 2 online thru Costco. The Amazon plants are misshapen and no blooms. Those I ordered thru Costco are wonderful. Good shape with lots of blooms. My intent was to give these as thank you to people that have helped me during the past year. I am not giving the 2nd set of plants. Just don't look good\waste of money. Of the 2nd set of plants only one came with a Heat Pack. Another reason I am disappointed. These were priced at $30 for poor quality while the Costco plants were 2/$50 and looked good. I realize that you have no control over the pricing but both orders were shipped by you and carry your name. If I do this again, will think twice about were the plants are coming from. Amazon has these plants labeled as 'no returns'. So as a retiree I have just wasted $60.
