I like it!
I've always wanted to try one of these belts and was sceptical about how useful they would be but having tried it today, I would say it definitely made me sweat more. It was comfortable to wear whilst doing a workout and the material touching the skin was fine. The velcro was very effective. Unsure re weight loss but it definitely gives a flatter looking mid section when on and makes you sweat more. Fingers crossed for the weight loss

Not able to get tight enough
I've always seen waist trainers online so thought I'd give this one a go. It's velcro so adjustable which is good but you couldn't wear it day to day. I don't feel it gets tight enough to do anything. When I pull it tighter, the ends keep rolling up from my hips but that could be my body shape.

Was a bit dubious
Was a bit dubious i would get this round my waist but i did and i used when i was doing the lawn and i can say i did sweat a lot around the waist so far so good next i need to used it for when i start doing some cardio to see the true benefits
