The description says 80% assembled. It's far from that. This was a bigger headache than it's worth. I'm not a mechanic or a bike builder. The directions are horrible. All the nuts and bolts come in one bag which were dumped all over the box The pictures and their directions are useless because they're so small. You can't see anything not in directions. Doesn't Show you which nut and bolt to use for the parts and I'm missing parts because all the pieces were dumped in the bottom of the damn box And there were holes in the stupid box when I got it. Not happy at all for the amount of money. This should have been assembled a lot more. I have no idea how to put these stupid disc brake things on. Can't tell from the pictures and definitely nothing in the directions that really shows never again. Would I buy it from this company? And I can't tell you if it's actually a good bike because I can't put it together very disappointing for all the money I just spent

Received with brake mount bent and folding lock damaged. Awaiting resolution by seller. Otherwise as advertised.

The fender attachment needs re-design but otherwise an excellent product.The assembly instructions suck. Don't take on the assembly unless you are familiar with mechanics.

If I could give this a -stars I would. It is hard to put together. I live in a very bike friendly city lots of repair shops. We tried to take it to one of them to put together, but no one would touch it because it came from Amazon. You cannot do returns on this item which I think it totally wrong for the price we are paying. I would have paid the shipping for it to go back. DO NOT BUY this bike.

Man it said I could send it back within 30 days so I got it found a better one got that one now won’t let me send back my unopened box won’t even message me back this is a scam and I have lie about the power of the bike then lie on the ability to send it back the bike said it was 500 cc motor on the pic then u read it’s only 350 cc maxing out at 500cc this thing could not help a child move not just a adult

This was a mess. Customer service is worthless swift you have to return save all packing materials. It is working as of now but may not next time it's turned on.
