It really works! I was a bit skeptical about making this purchase, but when my dermatologist gave her blessing about this particular brand, I was hesitant but made the purchase. I have waited three months to write this review so I could see, or not see, actual results. Yes, I’ve noticed a difference in my skin. I’m not a sun worshipper and never have been, so my 60 yr old skin is pretty good to begin with. My problem areas on my lower face definitely have firmed up some yet i have to say that my favorite feature is the under eye “ice” patches. Using this REGULARLY is my little 6 minutes in heaven before I go to sleep. If anyone is interested, I did buy one for my 19yr old daughter who has cystic acne. I can’t vouch for her results bc she’s also on a systemic, but she’s happy using it and if anything, she’ll look like a child when she’s my age.

My son has been struggling with acne for over a year. Despite trying everything the doctor prescribed (including multiple rounds of antibiotics, tretinoin, and just about every skincare line you can imagine) nothing seemed to help.I came across some reviews of this product and saw how much it had helped others with acne. Although it was a bit pricey, I decided to give it a try. His skin was beginning to scar, and he really needed a solution.To our surprise, after just a few short weeks, his skin showed dramatic improvement! He’s now nearing the eight-week mark, and I’d estimate his skin has improved by 75% to 85%. The transformation has been incredible.After seeing such a drastic change in his skin, I decided to try it myself and I love the results! I’ve been recommending it to everyone I know. I only wish they had a version for the neck or body. I’d buy it in a heartbeat!

I've been using the Shark CryroGlow LED face mask for approximately 6 weeks now and I have to say it is worth every penny! I absolutely love this mask and it's a part of my daily routine. My face feels and looks tighter and the wrinkles are smoothing out. The gel pad feature is wonderful and is helping with my under eye puffiness. If you're debating on purchasing this mask, don't! You won't regret it.

I am not sure how to review this mask because honestly I’m not sure of the results… the quality is amazing as most shark items are. There is enough battery life for two skin renew two skin clear and 1.5 15 min cooling sessions. That’s not terrible… I basically use mine one round then plug it back in but in case I forget I can’t do it once more before it dies. The silicone eye support is nice, there isn’t any discomfort from wearing the mask, I’ve even fallen asleep with it on during a migraine (the cooling effect is super pleasant when dying in misery). The things I’d change is I’d prefer for there to be an option to select a specific color of led (skin treatment isn’t blue it’s like reddish purple). I don’t think the acne thing is working because I’m seeing no difference and that’s annoying for how expensive this mask was. I’d also like to change the frozen time allowance for the session. Maybe I don’t feel like doing it for 6 minutes and want it longer, why do I have to restart the entire program all over again… surely its not impossible to let us decide how many minutes we can do it for considering the eye cooling function has it. Anyway it’s a nice mask, great quality, cooling function is nice…. Does it help with wrinkles and skin glowing and acne…. Yeah after consistent daily use for a month I’d have to say I’m undecided.

Works SO WELL!! I started to notice a difference after only a few uses, and now after about a month of almost daily use, my skin looks amazing! My acne has basically disappeared, no more redness or dryness and overall feels healthier. Anything Shark/Ninja makes is going to be 5 stars, hands down!

Almost 3 weeks of daily use, and my acne has cleared. A new spot trying to form disappeared quickly too. Crazy this problem has re-emerged, as I’m almost 70! I think the red light is helping my complexion too, but calming and healing the acne was my main goal. I will maintain regular use and see what other good effects will develop.

BEWARE Canadians! I ordered and received this product yesterday. I looks fabulous and I think would be a great thing to have but when I called the helpline today to ask a question about use, I was told that my device was NOT approved in Canada and therefore any warranty or help going forward IS NOT IN PLACE. If you buy this, you are on your own!

I have seen this mask advertised everywhere and scoured the internet for a review that was not incentivized. I couldn’t find one that I trusted so I just decided to try it. First off, I have some dark spots under my eye and I was hoping to lighten them but unfortunately the eye cooling patches which are unable to be removed were in the way of any LED light reaching that area, and it wasn’t even that close to my eye. Second, I have used LED masks before but this one seems really bright for me. I don’t think my eyes were as shielded the light like some other brands. Aside from those negative points, the mask is pretty heavy and because of that even with the straps tightened, it seems to shift a lot. However it seems very well made and the remote is awesome. The eye cooling effect, which is basically the selling point of this model, is nice but not nice enough if you bought the item for your eye area. My skin seemed to look healthier but I’m not convinced for $380 that it wasn’t me hoping it was working.Not at all relevant but in all of the pictures there are LEDs outside the mask under your eyes but as in my picture, they don’t exist.I did end up returning the product only because I want a mask that will help with my aging spots but this version can’t do that for me.
