So I started using this product when I found out my baby was having a reaction to fenugreek. Originally I had started my breastfeeding journey using fenugreek my output was just enough for feeding. But my daughter developed terrible eczema all over her body it was heatbreaking. We had to eliminate things one at a time to find out what the cause was (It felt like it took forever) I left fenugreek as the last thing because my breastfeeding consultant told me to take the supplement so it didn't occur to me until we exhausted all other options (diapers, soap, detergent, even bottles soap) so I found legendary milk the fenugreek free on the label was a huge relief for me and reading the story about the founder and her sons reaction to fenugreek really opened my eyes everyone is different. It took days for the fenugreek to leave my body and her skin to clear up and as that time passed I was struggling to produce crying all the time worried and stressed I wasn't feeding her enough I even gave her 4-6 oz of formula at night to make sure she was a well fed baby. THAT IS MOST IMPORTANT PLEASE MOMS REMEMBER THIS and give yourself GRACE a FED BABY is all that matters. But I wanted to continue so I started with cash cow and after about 2 days I saw a big improvement in the morning I was producing 4 oz each breast and by the night I was getting 2oz each breast (my baby is 3 months old and this is pumping after nursing again a fed baby is most important) I did the 10 days and was happy so I just started using pump princess and this was my pump after 3 doses of it about 9 oz in the late morning around 11am and im not sure if its true but my period just returned yesterday and i read your supply can drop so im happy it didnt yet it has actually improved. I will continue to use this product as long as possible my girls skin is completely clear thankfully since using a fenugreek free product. I didnt take photos after cash cow but after reading literally hundreds of reviews on each legendary milk product I realized I am drawn to reviews with photo proof not that i dont believe other reviews only it feels more encouraging. So i hope this helps someone and I hope all the moms reading this know you're not alone, you're doing amazing and that 1 or 2 oz you just pumped is a huge and counts keep up the good work!No after tasteDidn't bother my stomach.

If I could I would give it more stars! This product was recommended by a lactation specialist since I had milk production troubles with my 1st 2 kids. This works so well the pediatrician was beyond surprised when my son was gaining weight like they see with kids on formula! Thank you for an amazing product!

Took these supplements for almost 3 weeks. Did not notice a difference in the increase of my milk supply. It was a matter of going through the process of pumping or breastfeeding on demand that really did make a difference. Please trust your body, it will gradually do what it needs to. One thing for sure as most people on the reviews are claiming, is that it makes your infant very gassy. I did notice after I stop taking these pills my 1mo was no longer fussy after feedings and did not have projectile poops. What other reviews are saying about this is true. I experienced it.Please save your money and time. There may be products out there that do indeed help with milk production but I strongly believe this is not the one.

I think I’ve tried literally almost every lactation supplement the past three months! And this is the ONLY one that even slightly worked. After my c-section, I was barely producing any milk. Maybe 1 to 2 ounces per pumping session. That’s all. With this supplement, I found my boobs leaking a bit throughout the day… and that never happens to me! It gave me pretty bad gas but that was my only side effect. Lol I’ve tried Cash Cow and Liquid Gold… those didn’t do anything for me. But Pump Princess, oh yes… she’s the one!! If you’re struggling with your milk supply - TRY IT! I’m glad I did!

I have mixed feelings about this so I'm leaving 3 stars and I'll put it this way; when I was starting work back up I was super anxious because my productivity making milk went down, I got these before reading the reviews and it seemed to definitely help but at what cost?At first I didn't connect my little one getting backed up and extra gassy but they went from at least a poop a day to a poop every 3rd or 4th day, it's not their normal but I had chalked it up to a new normal, out of curiosity I looked at the ingredients and tried to compare to the other support vitamins that had similar advertisement wondering if there was anything different about them, audio because it was almost time to get more, and I couldn't find anything other than of the, like, 4 different kinds, this one was cheapest.Then I stumbled upon the reviews here saying both mothers and baby's have gotten gassier, one review even said she felt bad for the pain her little one was in due to the gass after taking full dose, as an experiment I quit them more or less than a week ago and as of today my little one had their 3rd poop for 3 consecutive days and surprise surprise, each one a complete blow out(the first one damn near shot out the sleeves of their onesie) hence why as they nap, since I felt this is a dramatic change for them, I decided to go out of my way to say this, does it work? Yes. Did it effect my baby and I? Also yes, and thanking my lucky stars I never took full dose, just 2 a day did all that for us and although I had a lot of tricks to get the gas out and I don't mind myself being gassy as long as my baby is well fed but again, they seem much happier than when I was taking it, like I might be able to do the dishes or have a nap AND do dishes instead of spending all that time helping them work out gass that's making it hard to poop for them.Maybe it's a specific ingredient? I have no clue but while every one and their baby is different I hope my review helps, I'm gonna try rituals postnatal soon as maybe all around vitamins are the balance that these pills lack??
