Very nice product, compact but really works well. Cost is also quite reasonable. I strongly recommend this good quality product for every home. Easy installation I did not need to call technician for installation.

The product works great. It's precise and pump starts and stops automatically as per sensors set level inside overhead tank. It comes with a easy to understand wiring diagram. Has 4 modes. Few are auto on-off, Manual on and auto off, dry run protection of pump.Biggest con of the product which I felt is that in my case my water tank is at double storey height. So from that height to the motor it is almost 35 meters.They suggest you to purchase 0.5 sq mm 3 core wire but you don't get that size anywhere. Every one sells 1 or 1.5 sqmm or higher size which sells for 100 rupees per meter. Now the wiring will cost double the equipment.So they could have done some thing else which could have reduced the product cost after installation.

works perfectly as described, delivered quickly as promised.For the discerning customer like me, very important for vendor to declare that it can be started manually, in the automatic modeWhereby, it goes cuts off automatically as per the chosen mode of function.Was relieved to discover this, although seems logical, but not in description of mode.Infact, would be nice to have this described in user manual, and also to include manual in product photos.
