They were included in the kit I purchased

I would contact the provider first. Failing that see if you can find a workable replacement at a hardware store. If you're short a part which is one of several, in a pinch you can take one of the ones you have to a metal shop and have them copy it. Then again, if you have the right contacts you might get a high school student to make it -- with the teacher's permission, of course.

Yes,customer it is possible ,but in this moment the extra hangers were our of stock now ,we will restock them in 1 month.you can find all parts you need in skysen 'shop

I would think so but you need to check with the manufacturer. My first hardware was skyden but then when I wanted to get another set, a different manufacturer was listed although the hardware was identical. Not sure why that was
