Easy to fill and nice and heavy

The one that I got had a dodgy catch though. I managed to replace the catch and now all seems ok. Fairly sturdy - will see how it fairs.

This works well, once filled up (was a little messy!) it’s perfect for the job!

Took 2 large bags of wickes sand to fill, it’s only going to be the weight of that as it’s a fabric , so far so good the brolly has not blown over although I take it down if strong wind is forecast .

I liked this design as it goes around the base making it easy to walk around as it hugs close to the base and pole.I filled mine with sand but i think stones would have been a better idea, next summer (haaahaaa summer!!) I will change it over after I empty it for storage.The fabic is nice and strong and holds well, dont try to pick it up when full though

This parasol holder is really solid, well made and feels good quality. I had thought I might be able to fill it with water, but it seems best to use sand. It takes nearly a full bag, and I found it nice and easy to fill up, and once the sand is in it it's really heavy and holds the parasol very well.Good for the price, and looks neater than our old parasol holder.

Make sure you know that you need to fill this with sand but good otherwise

und ansehlich verarbeitet.Wir hatten uns entschieden das Bag mit handelsüblichem Kies zu füllen (Korngröße 8 bis 16 mm).Dabei fasste das Bag fast zwei ganze Säcke á 25 kg. Im Foto der Rest vom zweiten Sack.Es gibt noch schwereres Gestein als Buntkies (abgesehen von Hohlräumen) so dass die "up to 50 kg" durchaus real sind.Hält man im ersten Moment die Verpackung in der Hand (etwa ein Großbriefkarton) mag man das kaum glauben.Der Kies ließ sich gut im Bag durch stopfen und bewegen verteilen - auch nach dem Füllen lässt es sich gut positionieren.Auch wenn das Bag für unsere Schirmvariante möglicherweise nicht ausreichen könne (versuchen möchten wir es dennoch), aber für einen normalen Drei-Meter-Rundschirm ist es einer 45 kg Natursteinplatte gleichwertig. Zumal die Mitte des Bags ein Stück flexibel dicht am Ständer bleibt.Das Material, Nähte, sind robust ausgeführt.

Facile à remplir (maximum de 35 kgs), puis à manipuler.Reste à savoir si l'article tiendra dans la durée et les intempéries...
