Poorly manufactured. After I installed the faucet I found the faucet leaked from the spout. I had to disassemble the faucet and tighten the nut holding the cartridge.Edit: Excellent customer service. Seller contacted me by email and offered a partial refund. The faucet stopped leaking after tightening the nut.

Very easy to install
Very easy to install. Looks great. Note: It comes with all hardware, which for some reason I missed in the description. When comparing this to other models, remember many of them do not, making this faucet a true bargain.

Disappointed-finish is peeling off both units
Disappointed. Purchased 2 and both have been installed less than a year. The finish/coating is cracking and peeling off. Note that we only clean with vinger/water solution.

Cold side leaks
Haven't had this faucet very long and the cold side started leaking. Looks nice but what's the point of that if it doesn't work correctly! Total waist of money!

Easy install, a piece or 2 missing not worth return though found the pieces at local hardware. Instructions could be a bit more clear for newby.

Massively Slow flow!!!!!!
The flow of water is super slow, I wish my Plummer had put it on b4 the return window closed. It is pleasing to look at but I needed it to be functional!
