Smudges on center pages
The outside of the notebooks looks find, the spine seems alright. No bends or tears. They're thin, simple notebooks. The problem is that the inside middle pages have dirty smudges/streaks that aren't dust.

These are great small notebooks - perfect for altered books
These are the perfect little notebooks. They’re not too many pages, so you can actually commit to filling them all the way up. The paper inside is great, it isn’t too thin but not heavyweight either. I like to make altered books to help inspire me to journal more often, and it was really fun decorating these. I prefer to have multiple notebooks each with its own theme, rather than one big fat notebook that I never end up filling all the way. They’re just the right size and there are so many of them that I can have an individual journal for everything, but with a nice cohesive look on the shelf since they’re all the same size and style.
