Great value and great product
Totally works, easy to add to your shake or whatever, as all creatine it takes a little while to get in the system and do its magic, so take it daily and obviously work out and in around 12/16weeks you will see progress.

No flavour
I guess it's fine. I am not able to compare to other brands. I can say that it's a very fine powder and no flavour.

Micronised. Made in the UK. Quality tested. Over twice the price of some other brands.
Once, creatine consumption was restricted to serious gym bros. It was considered almost equivalent to shooting steroids. Now, it is recommended for all adults, even old women like me. Luckily for the health of our credit cards, a small daily dose of between 3 and 5g (a very small teaspoonful) is considered ideal. No need for the huge "loading" doses of the past, with the risk of unpleasant side effects.I always choose powdered creatine over the capsules and even gummies that are also available. It is cheaper. I feel I already have too many pills to swallow with each meal. Creatine dissolves almost without trace and absolutely without taste in my morning coffee. Micronised creatine, pulverised down into smaller particles, is advertised to dissolve better than non-micronised.Happily, powdered creatine is never in my experience contaminated with any additives, fillers or nasties. (Unless you choose a flavoured version.) I have never noticed any difference between one brand and another, although Bettervits' "made in the UK" and "quality tested" claims are good to know. Bettervits' claim of "soya free, dairy free and gluten free" hardly needs making. They might as well claim "vegan, cruelty free and halal". I did check their claim that this creatine contains "only natural ingredients". Yes, "Creatine is a naturally-occurring substance that's found in meat and fish, and also made by the human body in the liver, kidneys, and pancreas."What marks Bettervits' creatine out is the high price. Doing a quick search on Amazon, you can find creatine powder at less than half the price per 100g of that offered here, especially if you buy a largeish quantity. Hopeful as I am that creatine will do me good, particularly if I can increase my daily muscle-building exercise, I would baulk at paying the current price of £30 for a 2 month supply.

Does the job
Creatine is pretty straight forward.Bought this because it's more on the elite end of the market as opposed to cheaper lower quality creatine supps.

They are lying about what’s actually in the creatine
Don’t buy it they say it’s pure creatine and then on the label drop there is a chemical that’s classed as a food dye in it. !!! Very misleading and could harm health
