Heavy solid ceramic dish. Perfect for cooking Christmas turkey crown.We had an early Christmas dinner for family who were visiting from abroad. This was perfect to cook the turkey crown in. Easy to baste from as there was plenty of room. The dish is solid oven proof to 240 degrees it says on the bottom.After cooking the marks on the ceramic were very easily cleaned off with some soap and water and it’s back looking brand new.Very happy overall with my purchase.

The dish looks good and has so far performed as required.My only issue is that it is no where near deep enough for lasagne.

Large sized dish suitable for a party-sized lasagne, large roast dinner etc.Heavyweight and sturdy, the red glaze looks great for serving at the table.A bit pricey, though - the same brand does a set of 4 in varying sizes for just a bit more than this single one.

I thought the baking tray was very good to clean,but I think for older frail people the tray would be to heavy to put in oven and tate out especially if it's a low oven
