I put these in my slipper boots for at home lounging and relaxing and getting a foot massage by the insole

This product was not comfortable to wear. The arch support was too high. It did not provide the pain relief that was advertised.

I cant figure out which side should be touching my feet and which side should be next to the shoe. Can’t find a picture to confirm. Both sides where a bit uncomfortable. I will keep trying because I feel that the product might still help my feet.

Wasn't sure what to expect, but was surprised that these insoles actually helped my feet feel better after a long day. One magnet keeps falling out of the insole, but otherwise no complaints. Will buy another set of these insoles..

I got these to see what kind of relief I would get given I have a bad back, ache knees and kidney pain. Not hoping for a Miricale or anything just curious on what if anything it would do. The inserts fit perfectly in a size 12 shoe without needing trimming. Inserts are very thin and magnets where not so big that they bothered me or dug into my feet. It was iffy for the first 3 hours but as I kept walking around, I could feel relief in my lower back and on my love handle area. My left knee cracked less and felt better in a weird way. I did notice that the discomfort that I normally feel on the top of my head which stretches down and forward to my forehead in between my eyes went away or at least the pressure was gone. After a full day of wearing, I found myself waking up the following day with my arm and hand fully numb which has never happened to me before. In full disclosure I did sleep in a new position due to relief of normal back pain. Inserts are airy and stayed cool, so my feet did not get sweaty. Insoles did not move around, fold over or wrinkle in any weird way. The magnets found in the arch area helped curve my foot slightly which improved my balance. They can easily be removed and washed when needed. I found them to feel better when I removed the inner soles of my shoe. The cushion and slant of the insoles already in my shoes did not help properly position inserts. Made of some kind of plastic or synthetic material, they have pockets that hold small round magnets. The are strategically positioned for all kinds or relief and help. I only noticed the thing listed. I wouldn't wear them to worked because they lack support needed but I would wear them around the house or while running errands. I did find that the magnets can be pushed out if twisted in the wrong spot. So, caution should be taken when washing.
