Nice pretend play set - not too big!
Nice nursery play set that doesn't take up too much room in the house. Particularly considering the number of different ways to play with it.

Really sturdy large playset.
This arrives in a large full colour printed box measuring approx 52cm x 17.5cm x 60cm.You would need a wide roll of wrapping paper to wrap this & it looks like a really big gift even before it's been unboxed. It's main present sort of size for a little one.Inside, you get the baby centre, which has features on both sides so ideally should be played with in the middle of a room.It is hinged so can be folded when not in use, but it still takes up a lot of space. There is a built in handle which can help with moving it around, but it's a little big for a child to really move. This is really solidly built & if you have the sort of child who is a little heavy handed, I expect this to stand up to a bit of a bashing & to last for years. It is in pale pastel colours & can be wiped clean with a damp cloth if it accidentally gets spills on it.On one side, you get a bed for a doll, with a slide coming down from one end, with storage underneath in small removable plastic bins. The little wall separating the bed from the classroom area has a moving cog toy on the wall for dolls to play withThere is also a small play nursery classroom with a whiteboard & a table/desk - this can double as a table to eat at for dolls. There is a another basket in the wall (accessible from both sides) which can be used to store the whiteboard pen & cleaning cloth (included). There is also a pen pot built into the table & a small set of colour pencils (also included).A plate, yoghurt pot with lid (you just balance it on & pull it off) & a spoon are included for snack times. On the other side there is a small fenced area to use as a playpen, a non working clock & other decorations to give it a complete little room feel.On the end by the bed/playpen there are also bathroom play features. One has a toilet & sink so your little one can teach their dolls to wash their hands after using the toilet, there is even a play roll of toilet roll hanging on the wall. This has pretty much everything a child would imagine to engage in childcare/nursery/school play with only the dolls (or teddies) missing for them to start playing. This even comes with a few sheets for colouring in & a 4 piece cardboard jigsaw, it really does feel complete. There is a some assembly to do, but it comes with instructions & I found it straightforward. This is not a cheap toy, but the quality shows in the build. It has plenty of play features & is large enough to be played with by a couple of children at a time without them ending up fighting for room.

if you've got a child with imagination, this is a charming full set
I'm really loving this almost-vintage pastel colour scheme - it adds a distinct retro charm to what is really a modern plastic toy - it punches well above its weight. I'm not certain on the value aspect at circa £80 at the time of my review, it really does depend on if you think your child will specifically get a lot of entertainment from creative play with this set as it needs imagine to bring it to life, if you've got enough imagine like ours, it does offer a decent about of replayability - one child loved it and adopted it, the other was very nonchalant because it lacked whizz-bang.

So much fun
My daughter has so much fun playing with her dolls in this nursery set. Very interactive doll role play, that teaches a lot of life skills through game. It comes with many accessories that will keep child occupied for some time. Great value for money.

Missing pieces !
This toy is a Small set up for the money I thought it would be bigger , it unfortunately arrived missing a couple of pieces eg the hands for the clock & the attachable toys which was disappointing If all bits for it where there I would of rated it higher as my little girl loves it
