I really like the look of it and the quality for the money and you can change out the guitar strap. I’ve had many compliments already on this bag.

I don't like the zippers clinking noise and the way the the top bunches up when carrying it. The zippers are very tough.

Ordered this item at the last minute for a trip out of Country. Was great! Soft supple material, comfortable strap when walking/traveling. Worked out real well for passport and phone in smaller pocket, hands free to manage in Airport lineups and to pull documents out when needed. Well worth the money, very pleased. Was away for a week, so that is all I can say for durability.

It was just a bit too small. Not enough room for my phone, wallet and an epic pen. The color and quality seemed good tho.
