For me, this product lasts a LOT longer than what they tell you.I have Endometriosis, and my pain does not limit itself to one week. While not specifically intended to target the pain associated with my issue, it does what meds can't: WORK. Seriously, the pain meds don't touch my pain, yet the stim from the Livia unit let's me be present in my life.And the pads last me a lot longer than a week, every month.I realize this review is supposed to be fine the pad refills, but you can't talk about one without the other.The retailer really does go out of their way to fix any issue that might come up. I reached out, simply asking a question, and the response I received was personalized and above any expectation.I can't say enough!

I ordered and received this item in January 2025 for a six pack (6 month supply) that had an expiration date of January 2025 [see photo]. As a result, the adhesive is poor quality and gets stuck to the plastic backing and makes a mess on my skin after use. Very disappointed in the quality of the item I received.

These are the same price as on the Livia website. Plus way faster shipping than going to the actual website. WIN-WIN
