Very sturdy
Easy to assemble. Very sturdy. Easy to clean off fur. I love the real wood posts. Portable, which is a bonus, as I like to change up the play space for my cats.

Some flaws
Some of the screw thread holes are off and the screws will not fully seat or tighten. There is no indication of what part of the limbs are up or down. The landings all swivel a little bit with each jump from my 6 pound kitten and I have to keep re-tightening them.

Classy condo!
This was really easy to assemble, there aren't that many pieces to put together. The branches are really sturdy and a lot classier than the standard poles for condos. The fabric is also super soft. It's more of a mink material than the usual carpet type of fabric. I didn't end up putting the leaves on because I like the look without them better. The cats like it so far! I just realized as I took some pictures that the ball has disappeared already. I put it together about two days ago so I guess that part didn't last long with my crazy cats haha.

Cats love it
They don't like the placement of the bed on the bottom but they like the rest. Only thing is you have to get twisting it around for a tight fit
