I used one of them for pads/tampons as suggested. However, I also used one to carry as a first aid kit with band-aids and ointment. They also work great as a carrier for nipple covers for under a dress when I'm not wearing a bra. There are so many uses for these versatile little pouches!

Pads fit very well in these bags, plus there is a small pocket in there where you can place tampons if needed. You can fit about 3-5 pads depending on the size. This has a really nice design that appealed to my 11 year old.
