Love this set, needed to wash it a couple of times to soften, but it is fine now, it washes and dries well. Looks lovely, tasteful colours.

Faulty item - poor service
The product itself is lovely. Although very rough, the material should soften over time. However, there is a big tear at the side of the duvet cover, and they only offer £3 refund or replacement, which was a disappointing service. As this is going to be a present, I don't think I would have time to wait for the replacement, and £3 is nothing as I will have to buy the thread and spend the time to amend the hole myself.
