I was skeptical but it really started to detox after 2 or 3 servings! Only mild cramping that subsided quickly but I eat a lot of fiber because I am vegetarian.

The main ingredient this tea is made up of is Senna which is a natural laxative. So, if you are traveling and get easily constipated then this is a good option. I have been drinking this tea on and off sine the summer and this is what I will tell you. It CLEARS your bowels and will make you go to the bathroom. However over time your body will build resistant to it and you'll have to drink more than one tea bag at a time. Overall I would say its great to keep in a travel bag for emergencies, or to take a night or two before an event where you want too wear a tight dress lol and don't want a bloat. The long term effects are not great, so if you want an everyday supplement to help with the bathroom I would recommend liquid magnesium which you can get on amazon. I just felt it important to write the longterm effects since ive been taking it and have switched to taking magnesium daily and this on some occasions.

Always my go to when I want to detox and get rid of bloat! The taste isn’t good unless added honey and lemon juice! I let it sit atleast 2 days and that’s when it’s the strongest for me but definitely drink ALOT of water to reduce cramps!

I have been purchasing this brand for 10 years. Back in the days this thing was POTENT! This new batch, in the last several years have gotten weaker with each purchase. I think these boxes on Amazon are actually not the real items because how does it go down sooo bad in quality to where it is ineffective? I only drink this 1x a week or less sometimes just 2x a month so it's not that my body is use to it. I bought a 3 pack in 2023 and that was hit or miss like half was in effective. This current box I bought fall of 2024 is just garbage, it does nothing. Waste of my money. Even my teen son drank it and said it did nothing. Same with my daughter. Back in the days this would give you bad cramps and wrench all the garbage out of your gut. I am SO disappointed. I hope I can find something else that is just as effective of the old formula of this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND if you want to poop.
