Lightweight Folding Deluxe Aluminium Transit Wheelchair with handbrakes ECTR02-18

Bought this wheelchair for my disabled sister so her carers can take her out. Have had great feedback. It's very easy to manoeuvre and has a small turning circle which is great for busy shops, has separate parking brakes over and above the ones on the handles, the armrests lift up for sitting at a table to eat and it comes with extra cushions which are held in place with velcro. My sister finds it very comfortable and the carer reports that it's very light and easy to push. Good value, folds without fuss or difficulty once you take off the cushions and fits easily into the back of a car. Not especially heavy to lift. Very pleased with this purchase. Delivered promptly too.

Very sturdy and lightweight wheelchair. Feels very good quality.Slight issue with missing parts (seat and back support, manufacturer fault not supplier) 1 message and replacements were sent out the next day.The customer service has been fantastic.

Arrived on time.Easy to put together, light weight for my Daughter to lift in to the boot.Very comfortable with the cushion seat, wheels easily. Very happy with product.

The wheelchair arrived very promptly. Only took ten minutes to unpack. BUT the locking pin was missing from one of the hinged operator handles. Contacted Fentic Wellbeing and was sent replacement part overnight- not just the pin but a whole hinge unit, (without fitting instructions). So far so good. Then the fun began. I'm reasonably D I Y savvy, but fitting that was a nightmare. No doubt the position of the various screws is no problem when assembling in a specific order at the factory, but they couldn't be worse positioned when trying to deal with this replacement. The so-called tools supplied were useless and I had an array of my own kit spread around by the time I finished, after more than half a day. So, beware, overall a good product but watch out for any faulty parts and insist on a total replacement rather than just a part, unless you are either a skilled fitter or want to spend too long fixing it.

Good wide seat, with a mesh back which allows your skin your skin to breath in warm weather. There is also a thin padded cushion to place at your back Brakes are accessible to both the 'pusher' and 'user', although my husband, the 'pusher', would prefer the brakes on the handles to be lockable. Very comfortable and includes a well padded cushion which is removable. There is a small pocket at the back of the seat which is handy for drinks, umbrellas or items of this size. Good wide foot rests. All in all, very pleased with our purchase. Surprising swift delivery from uk to Spain.

I was looking for a replacement wheelchair for my wife as she had a self-propelled chair but she is unable to use it. This one appeared to fit the purpose so after trawling the internet I decided to take this one ... AND I wasn't disappointed - it is perfect for our use. It's well worth the money and the delivery was much better than expected, it arrived within a day or so. The old chair I had a TGA motor and it fitted this without any problems. If there is a criticism, then it's only minor in the scheme of things, the seat isn't ideal as its very thin as my wife needs a pressure pad, but we used the one from the old chair - problem solved.

The retaining socket for the right are of the chair broke. I sent an email to the company for a replacement that I would pay for. I never even got a reply.The chair is well built and we like it very much but without the ability to order replacements for broken parts, it might as well be junk.Please respond and help me get a replacement part and I will amend this review.Since writing this review I found the company website and talked with a representative. He put me in contact with customer service here in the USA. Since the chair was out of warranty, I agreed to pay for the part and shipping. After I received the LEFT side socket I call and they replace the it with a RIGHT side socket.Of all the chairs I viewed on Amazo, I believe this is the best one at an affordable price. I highly recommend this chair over others!

De bonne qualité cette chaise confortable convient bien aux personnes âgées valides mais qui ont des difficultés pour se déplacer. De par son aspect, cette chaise est mieux acceptée que le fauteuil roulant avec les grandes roues. Elle est livrée toute montée et d'un poids tout à fait raisonnable.
