This lightened my hair sucessfully after I had lowlights in my hair that made it too dark

Loved the product, I’m a natural blonde, but like most natural blondes through the winter hair gets a little duller, this shampoo is perfect. I hate the idea of bleaching because you have to keep on doing it, but this gives a Sunkissed look with absolutely no drawbacks. I don’t think this would make you blonde. If you were not, it says on the instructions it contains no bleach, only chamomile and lemon, but I shall certainly use it through the winter in future.

Genuinely makes your hair lighter giving it lovely highlights. I use this alongside the John Freida hair mask and they work really well!

I'm a natural brunette and wanted to try bring out my natural blonde highlights without dye. I have used John Freida's go blonder shampoo and conditioner for a year and a half and have noticed my tips did actually get lighter, which says a lot since I live in a country where there's not a lot of sun to help lighten my hair.I recently wanted to try other products just to see if there was something that could be healthier for my hair and have noticed my hair has definitely become darker again.I have not noticed damage to my hair from the 1.5 year usage.

Ive used the shampoo and conditioner. I like the new formula, I think it’s less greasey (as long as you rinse well) and feels more nourishing (the old one left my hair dry) and smells great! I’m not sure on the lightening effect yet as I’ve only used it twice.But do note it says that it’s not advised for ashy cool tones … I think it may strip out the toner and leave you with warm blonde tones.

Great product, use it all the time.

I was disappointed with this product. It says it would lighten my hair and it did but it started turning an orange colour which was unexpected and really upset me.
