Won’t charge
Not sure if it just not working or what. But my battery is dying on my ring. Easy to install but doesn’t charge. We’ve had a few sunny days and NOTHING. I AM SO MAD

Ring Solar Panel
The media could not be loaded. So far so good. I've only had it on like less than a week but so far the battery percentage is barely moving. I'll update if anything changes.

Liked it but didn't work with my ring
I was very excited about this product but when I realized that if your charger plugs into the back instead of the side of your ring doorbell you will not be able to use it.I was so disappointed.Can't say if it solar charged because I never got to use it.

Not enough panels
Apparently not close to enough solar paneling for my Ring doorbell. Might work better if it gets sun all day long but how many homes have locations that do? Had to buy another type with larger panels. Hope to find another spot on the house and use this for another camera or something. 🤷🏻

Exactly what I wanted and works with original Ring Doorbell with a minor modification
I have the original Ring Doorbell. All I had to do was drill a hole in the RING DOORBELL plate so I could pass through the charging cable that comes attached to the solar panel. The Ring plate is very easy to drill through, i recommend starting with a small bit and then increase until the hole is large enough. This product had everything I needed and although my doorbell doesn't get more than an hour or 2 of direct sunlight, the charge seems to be holding after 2 weeks (and we had quote of bit of rain).

Stopped working after 6 months
Didn't even last a year. Stopped working after like 6 months doesn't do anything anymore.
