I enjoy cooking and I love pepper. I wanted to bring some new flavor to my dishes and white pepper seemed to be the key. I usually use different grinds of black pepper to achieve different heat levels and taste but white pepper seemed to take it to another level.This is such a good deal on white pepper I couldn't resist. The product is outstanding and I will be purchasing again when I need to.I use it on chicken dishes as well as for seasoning vegetables, soups and it is outstanding in homemade mashed potatoes.

Great white pepper at an economic price. I bought this almost exclusively to make a "fried" rice dish that I frequently make. I douse the rice with the pepper and then add the other ingredients. It seems to provide a mild bit of heat and great flavor, perhaps even a sweet flavor. Buying a small jar at my local grocery store costs quite a bit, so this is a great way to go.

This white pepper is an integral ingredient of a spice rub that our dad made and gave to each of us, all 15 of his children. Both he and mom passed away 9 weeks of each other this past summer. Cooking was so much of what brought our family together. Their legacy to us is a deep sense of family and family gatherings. I made a large batch of dad's ZING that included the white pepper and gave it to my siblings for Christmas. It was the perfect gift. I couldn't have afforded or done it without McCormick's white pepper. I was so happy to find it. Thank you so much! A friend told me Ground White Pepper was much better than the everyday pepper. So, I purchased some to find out for myself. I was completely amazed!1) Use this Ground White Pepper rather regular ground black pepper.2) It wonderfully enhances your food.3) Use about 1/2 of what you would use with regular ground black pepperIt was so good I purchased 5 pounds of it!Enjoy

Very good, we love white pepper over black in most items, this is good quality pepper.

Hard to find in my local stores and when I do find it is priced like gold. Fresh stock shipped quickly and gets price down to that of everyday black pepper . THERE IS A DIFFERENCE there are many kinds of pepper and one should really enjoy the difference as they are delightful. For years I thought they were only subtle differences boy was I wrong.
