Q: Does it come with all needed hardware?

You need to purchase the hardware kit separately. It comes with some but you will need more than what it comes with. Held up in 100+ winds.

Q: How much do these stretch when tightened?

Our fabrics stretch slightly when placed under tension. The elongation takes place gradually in the first weeks.The initial size of the sail that we will send you is slightly less than the "under tension" measurement.“Your shade sail will reach its final size approx. 14-21 days after installation. Q: How many eyelets does a 16ft long have for attaching? I’d like at least 4 a side to prevent sagging or tearing

The only eyelets are at the four corners.

Q: How much force on attach points for a 10x13 rectangle?

We attached our 12 x 16 shade sail to our gazebo framework. Each of the four corners have very little force at each point….maybe 5 pounds? Now, when the wind blows, no telling.
