I love this, it's so easy to set up, I've got four lines to hang up my washing on because the line is so long, I was able to have more washing out, which is fantastic.The weight is nice and light too. I may cover it during the winter time so it doesn't get damaged. Great value for money and the quality of it so far is brilliant.It does what it's supposed to and it's so neat. I just have to buy a rod to get them up in the air as I keep walking into the lines in between washes. But it's so handy and quick to be able to put the line away when cutting the grass or having guests over to the house.

Looks good and sturdy. Unobtrusive on the fence. This double line offers plenty of space for your laundry.It was easy to put up and operate.Time will tell as to its durability. In my experience, these items tend to fail after a year or so. Hopefully, this will not be one of those.

I bought this double line to replace a single. To be honest, it didn't look like it was going to last! I've only been using a couple of months but it's lasted through the strong winds/storms even with towels on!! It's very easy to use and you don't have to wrap the line round the holder like others. You only have to pull it round the loop once and it locks itself.... Like magic lol. I'm hoping it lasts, the plastic ends don't seem like they're strong so I always walk my lines back so that it doesn't smash against anything. I haven't found any faults to report. I will certainly update if I do. I strongly recommend this and would buy another if it lasts a reasonable time!

So! You’ll find that the line has no way to tension itself. So if you simply install this from one end to the other, your line will sag. Only 2 options are to either pull the line and attach across your garden, then use a hook so you can tie the retractable side before putting clothes out or before you attach the line on the hook end, pull out all the excess line and tie it’s so it’s taught and you’ll have to tie up the excess.Also as you can see from the picture the screws supplied are terrible and they damaged instantly. They are made from clay from how fast they fell apart and I installed them into wood. So change out the screws and don’t use a power tool on them. Either way, installing a break system in this so you can keep the line taught would have solved all this.Either way, cheap and crap. Avoid.
