I'm 5 ft 150 lbs 36B. I bought a medium and it fits like a glove, a bit tight around my chest. I should've sized up but I'll keep it. There is a flaw though which I feel happens to most womens button up shirts. The buttons across my chest has a gap and when you sit there are also gaps between the buttons so you can see underneath. I'm hoping this is just because it fits tight. Perhaps on less bloated days it wouldn't be such a problem. I usually wear an 8/10 so I really should've just sized up.
