Love this little beast. It’s painful at first, but oh does it help.I recommend using a light shirt first.

So cool! I love it. I can't wait to use it again today. I used this product after a major surgery on my neck and this mat helped with the aches and pains I was experiencing. I really think it accelerated my healing. It certainly eased my suffering!!! Thank you big time!

Saves me time and PT visits!!
Bought this product to help alleviate some of the pain in my shoulder that I believe is arthritis. Without a doubt, this product is exactly what I needed! I lay on it for 5-10 min in the morning if my shoulder feels stiff in the morning to get the blood flowing and I’m good to go all day long!!
