I’ve been using the Lipka Ball Cock Set PTMT with Aluminum Rod and Ball in my underground tank for several years now, and I can't say enough good things about it! This product delivers exactly what it promises and has been a reliable solution for my water management needs.From the moment I installed it, I was impressed by its durability and functionality. The construction of the ballcock is robust, yet it has a delicate touch that ensures smooth operation without any unnecessary wear and tear. The aluminum rod and ball not only add to its overall reliability but also provide a modern aesthetic that fits well with any setup.What stands out most to me is its flawless performance; it has operated seamlessly without any leaks or malfunctions, which is crucial for maintaining the efficiency of my underground tank. The float ball has shown remarkable resilience, effectively balancing the water level without getting stuck—a common issue I faced with other brands in the past.In terms of maintenance, I appreciate that this ballcock set is easy to clean and inspect. Despite its delicate appearance, it has proven to be extremely robust, standing up to the rigors of everyday use.

Pros:Quality is good,Aluminium rod,No leakageCons:Nozzle size reduced to 50% at the end, which will reduce the water flow.

This product has several serious design flaws.We cannot stop water coming out of pipe with flat plastic credit card, isn't it?1) This product design has almost that flat item flaw. In this product, a tiny (about 8mm) size small disk tries to stop water from coming out! Imagine the pressure of the input water coming from tanks high above! To prevent leakage regular taps use screws or rotation chambers to stop water leakage, but this weak design doesnot use any such reinforcement mechanism to obtain better seal to stop water.Similar issue like flat credit card doesnot stop water zooming out of Tap! because to properly plug the water flow, there should be proper chamber with flexible membrane to block water flow and that is lacking in this product compared to old normal float valve (that had membrane to stop water flow).Product is made of cheap flawed design and seems to make economic margins by reducing quantity and quality of components.Tested it manually by lifting the lever to see whether it could stop water flow and clearly saw at any stage it was not able to completely stop water and there was always leakage and the product design flaw was clearly visible2) This item has another major visible design flaw. It has large floating sphere and due to large volume, connecting lever blocks the plunger so this item cannot fit in regular toilet tank!!3) the thread mechanism of this valve is not regular sized and weak due to which water leaks at junction where external connector tube connects to this. The threading seems irregular sized due to which this leakage happens and trying to tighten further did not work as threads slipped! Plugging using teflon tape did not work either because thread slipped caused leakage on the external side of junction due to which teflon tape isnot possible, the old local float valve fit normally with no leak!Considering many of the above flaws in design, this product is completely useless for toilet due to dimensions (15mm product checked, 20mm and more might be even more incompatible) and also useless for Water tanks because of deign flaw in the mechanismused which leaks water.Imagine what happens to this day-1 leakage product after few weeks of exposure in water tanks, the leaking water forms limescale deposits in this item making the leakage increase even more and water flow would become much more!Provided information above so that others donot suffer the product's design flaws causing huge water loss and peace of mind!

The product is good. I have fitted it in sump. It effectively shut off water when the water reached the float. Easy to install. Happy with the product. I purchased 15mm product and it fits the 1/2 inch inlet pipe. Need to evaluate it's durability.
